The EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region as well as the Europe 2020 strategy focuses on promoting a more resource efficient, greener and more competitive economy. Eastern Norway County Network and the BSSSC (Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation) would like to take stock on investments in green solutions in a time of economic crises. It is therefore a great pleasure for us to welcome you to the 20th BSSSC Conference at Lilleström under the title FROM ECONOMIC CRISES TO OPPORTUNITIES AND ACTIONS
